Spring View Medical Group provides family medicine services in Springfield and Lebanon, Kentucky. We serve the community by providing preventative care, and addressing healthcare needs to patients. Our primary care services range from wellness exams to minor procedures. Medical services are provided by qualified Nurse Practitioners conveniently located in Lebanon or Springfield.
